Becoming a Life Group Leader
We believe at Forest Hill that everyone grows in their faith by taking a next step in their relationship with Jesus. SOmetimes that is deciding if leading a group is part of that growth. Use this process below to pray and talk with others about leadership for a Life Group.

Step 2-Life Group Leader Application
Pray about your next step into leadership. Talk to your current Life Group Leader about the idea and learn more about it. If feeling like you want to move forward, fill out an application.
Step 3-Meet with Discipleship Staff
Meeting with a staff will help you take some next steps toward leadership. Our leaders are more like front-line pastors to the congregation, so it is helpful to be able to discuss the role and responsibility together.
Step 4-Sign up for New Leader Orientation
After a decision together on leadership, talk with your campus staff about the next available New Leader Orientation. This will help with learning the framework of groups as well as what the next step will be to lead.
