Over the next few months you will meet with a staff person or experienced leader to walk through key competencies that will equip you to lead a group and grow in leadership in all areas of your life--at home, in your workplace, in your neighborhood--wherever God has given you influence. We've designed these trainings to give you great content and hands-on opportunities to try them out in real-life situations.​

All of this is help to guide you as a leader along our Leadership Pathway. The Leadership Pathway is our intentional process by which the church identifies and involves those whom God has gifted and called to lead; invests in their spiritual growth and leadership skills through biblical training, development, and care; and invites them to step into roles of service for the purpose of building up of His Kingdom through the Five Marks of a Disciple while influencing others to do the same.
