Mentoring is a 1-on-1, same gender relationship that provides an opportunity for those who are younger (in age or faith) to be spiritually discipled by someone more mature. Mentors provide an environment for spiritual growth which prioritizes the relationship while engaging with Scripture and other resources that deepen faith. If you're ready to become a mentor, follow the steps below.
